Journalism entered my creative practice as a space to sharpen my curiosity and tell stories with clarity and intention. Over the last year, I worked at IE School of Science and Technology, where one of my main responsibilities was writing and publishing up to three articles a week for the school. This involved conducting in-depth research to verify facts and sources, working across international networks to gather information, and interviewing subjects both in person and online. I regularly attended events, submitted coverage and highlights, and photographed key moments as they unfolded. I also worked on news coverage plans for larger stories, collaborated with my team to expand our reach, and used SEO strategies to help boost engagement. Looking into the future I am interested in furthering my journalist career in a more political and humanitarian direction, covering world news events and being an on ground corespondent. Having studied communications at IE University and International Relations at LSE, I aim to leverage my international background to bring depth, accuracy, and urgency to the reporting spaces that need it most.
